At Destiny Counseling Services LLC., we are dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.
Our Approach
Desiree's approach is client-centered. She meets clients where they are at and works to provide a space where clients feel safe, heard and understood. She also implements a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help her clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.

Desiree Diaz is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona who specializes in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse and relationship issues. Through her own personal experiences and training, she brings a perspective where people feel heard and understood.
She is funny, light-hearted and challenges her clients so they feel empowered, find peace and purpose in life.
